Visteon to Support Future Jeep Model at Toledo Assembly Complex



DEARBORN, Mich., Aug. 4  /PRNewswire/ -- Visteon Corporation (NYSE:VC) will
apply its engineering and design expertise to provide key interior components
for a future Jeep vehicle that Chrysler Group has announced it intends to build
in the Toledo Assembly Complex.  Visteon's joint venture facility, Toledo
Molding & Die Inc., will support the pre-production build and manufacturing
verification during the development process.

Visteon will supply the center console, and mold-in-color instrument panel with
an integrated air bag and door panels on this 2006 vehicle program. Visteon has
not yet finalized where it will produce these components.
