Visteon Supplies Unique Instrument Panel and Console on New Peugeot 1007

Visteon is supplying an instrument panel that enables nearly instant customization of the vehicle's interior by the driver to suit his or her tastes.  PSA Peugeot-Citroen and Visteon worked together to develop a Personalized Instrument Panel -- featuring the Cameleo design concept -- that offers interior kits for the dashboard.  The kit includes Velcro fastening strips that are welded to specific areas of the instrument panel so colored mats can be added.  Even the air register rings are interchangeable.

The Peugeot instrument panel style is also very specific.  Produced in a blue color, it features a technical geometric grain that is very fine and requires special care during the manufacturing process.

Visteon also produces the Peugeot 1007 central console, crafted to provide functional, high-quality in-vehicle storage solutions for both front and rear passengers.
