Visteon Expands Aftermarket Reach in Asia Pacific and Africa



VAN BUREN TOWNSHIP, Mich., Nov. 30  /PRNewswire/ -- Visteon Corporation
(NYSE:VC) continues to expand its aftermarket operations, establishing new
distributor relationships in the Asia-Pacific region and Africa.  Digital Video
Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq) becomes the first aftermarket distributor of Visteon's
Dockable Family Entertainment System(TM) covering Asia Pacific and Africa.

Visteon will continue to sell the Dockable Family Entertainment System directly
in North and South America, Australia and European markets.

Visteon's Dockable Family Entertainment System is a premium, portable/dockable
DVD player with an overhead docking station.  Once the docking station is
installed in the vehicle, the player can be easily docked for passenger
entertainment or removed for indoor or battery-powered mobile operation.  This
system enhances interior styling and meets customer need for portability.
