Visteon Announces Tentative Agreement With IUE-CWA Local 907



DEARBORN, Mich., June 12  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Visteon Corporation
(NYSE:VC) today announced it has reached a four-year tentative agreement with
IUE-CWA Local 907.

The local operating agreement covers 1,026 hourly employees at Visteon's
Bedford manufacturing facility located in Bedford, Ind.

The tentative agreement is subject to ratification.  No additional details are
available.
