Visteon Aftermarket Launches New GlassVantage(TM) Network 


LIVONIA, Mich., May 13  /PRNewswire/ -- Visteon Corporation  marks a major step
forward in the growth of the company's Aftermarket Operations with the launch
of the GlassVantage(TM) Auto Glass Professional Network.  Today's launch
includes the announcement of six new members and authorized installers for
Visteon's Aftermarket glass products.

The Visteon GlassVantage Network is comprised of a select network of high-
quality auto glass replacement professionals offering and installing Visteon
Performance Windshields in an assigned geographic territory.  Among the
products offered through network members are the new Visteon NASCAR Performance
Windshields for cars and light trucks -- and the new GlideMaster rear-gliding
window for light trucks, along with Carlite branded OE replacement windshields.


  The new Visteon GlassVantage members and their geographic markets include:
  -- JC's Glass - Arizona
  -- Glass 1 - Louisiana, Mississippi and Western Florida Panhandle
  -- All-Star Glass - California
  -- Royal Glass - Delaware, Maryland, Northern Virginia and Washington, DC

products, high-quality innovations to the auto glass market for people who want
to personalize their vehicles, and specifically NASCAR fans," added Drake.

The NASCAR Performance Windshield will be offered exclusively through the
GlassVantage members and features a checkered flag motif with the renowned
NASCAR brand logo in the center of the shade band area.  The sporty design is
bonded to the inner surface of the windshield, making the logo a permanent part
of Visteon's OE-quality automotive glass.

Additionally, GlassVantage Auto Glass Professionals exclusively will sell the
Visteon GlideMaster.  A first-to-market, two-piece frameless glider backlite,
the GlideMaster creates a clean, modern window opening compared to the
traditional "box-and-frame" designs.  Designed to offer customers a unique
solution to traditional glass slider backlites, GlideMaster provides improved
exterior styling and appearance and offers consumers a unique opportunity to
customize the gliding rear window with the popular NASCAR logo, among other
exciting designs.
