College kids, lawn services eye U-Haul® items at Lebanon Rentals

Quiroz handles the day-to-day operations for Lebanon Rentals owners Pradip and Narendra Patel, who came to the U.S. from India 10 years ago with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. They opened Lebanon Rentals four months ago and have enjoyed steady growth in that time.

Lebanon Rentals saw that its customer bases expanded after partnering with U-Haul two months ago.

"In the past couple of weeks people have been asking for trailers to move their lawnmowers and they don't have the right hitch so then they come in for an adapter," said Quiroz, noting that tow dollies and automobile transporters have been in high demand as well.

Lebanon Rentals has attracted students from nearby Cumberland University who need a deal on moving boxes for their apartments and for packing books when the semester ends.

The Patels, who also operate an LED lighting business, are preparing for expansion with the anticipated opening of an import tile shop located in the open half of their Lebanon Rentals building space.

"We get samples from Spain and India almost every day," Quiroz said. "The people come in for many different reasons and then take our information about our other services and pass it along to their friends and family."
