I tem 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

At a meeting of the Board of Directors of United Fire Group, Inc. (the "Company" or "UFG") held on August 16, 2019, the directors declared a $0.33 per share quarterly cash dividend, which will be paid September 13, 2019 to common stock shareholders of record as of August 30, 2019. A copy of the Company’s related press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
