Texas Instruments board declares quarterly dividend

DALLAS, Jan. 21  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Texas Instruments Incorporated (NYSE:TXN) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share of common stock, payable  February 22, 2010, to stockholders of record on February 1, 2010.
