(the “Special Meeting”) originally scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Pacific time on November 16, 2020 has been moved to 9:00 a.m. Pacific time on November 30, 2020. The change in the meeting date is to provide brokerage firms and banks sufficient time to exercise their discretion to vote your shares on the reverse stock split proposal being presented at the Special Meeting.

 

The record date for stockholders entitled to vote at the Special Meeting remains October 30, 2020.
