(1)	Represents restricted stock units that vest on August 26, 2022, the first anniversary of the date of the award. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of The Community Financial Corporation common stock.
(2)	Since the reporting person's last report 294 shares previously held by Restricted Stock Award IX and 442 shares previously held by Restricted Stock Units have vested and are now owned directly.
