Rick Smith, President & CEO, and Tom Reddish, EVP & CFO, of TriCo Bancshares (NASDAQ:TCBK), parent company of Tri Counties Bank.

Mr. Smith has served as President, CEO, and a Director of Tri Counties Bank and TriCo Bancshares since 1999. He began serving the bank in 1993 as VP of Supermarket Banking and served in various capacities until appointed CEO. He served as the Chairman of the CBA Board from May 2010 to May 2011 and serves on various CBA Committees.           Mr. Reddish has served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Tri 
          Counties Bank and TriCo Bancshares since 2004 after serving as 
          senior vice president and chief financial officer since 2003 and, 
          prior to that, as VP and CFO or VP and controller of the bank from 
          1998, as well as the bank’s controller from 1994 to 1998. He also 
          served as the bank’s Chief Risk Officer from 2009 to 2012. Mr. 
          Reddish graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 
          1983 and received his MBA from the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of
