ITEM 7.01       Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 2, 2011, DRI Corporation announced in a press release that its Digital Recorders, Inc. subsidiary in Durham, N.C., has received an order for Digital Recorders® automatic vehicle location systems, valued at approximately $2.2 million, from a transit operating authority located in the Southeast.

The Company incorporates by reference the information included in Item 7.01 and Item 9.01 of this Form 8-K. This Form 8-K and the attached exhibit are furnished to, but not filed with, the Securities and Exchange Commission.
