Territorial Bancorp Inc. Completes Seventh Repurchase Program

Territorial Bancorp Inc., (NASDAQ:TBNK) (the “Company”), headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii, the holding company parent of Territorial Savings Bank, announces that the Company has completed its seventh repurchase program.  The Company repurchased 227,900 shares of its common stock at an average price of $29.95 per share.  The Company’s Board of Directors regularly reviews capital management options, including stock repurchase programs, and any future decision to adopt one or more additional stock repurchase programs would be subject to general market conditions, the trading price of the stock, alternative uses for capital, and the Company’s financial performance.
