On April 27, 2023, the Board of Directors of Territorial Bancorp Inc. announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per share payable on May 25, 2023 to shareholders of record as of May 11, 2023. A copy of the press release announcing the cash dividend is attached as Exhibit 99 to this report.
