Item 3.01       Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing

 

In its Form 8-K dated June 26, 2015, The Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") indicated that it would file its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2014 on or about July 15, 2015. The Company now expects to file its Form 10-K shortly, and its Forms 10-Q for the quarters ended March 31, 2015 and June 30, 2015 as soon as practicable thereafter.
