Explanatory Note:

 

In July 2022, Tantech Holdings Ltd, a British Virgin Islands company, formed a wholly-owned subsidiary in Canada, EPakia Canada Inc. (“EPakia Canada”). EPakia Canada will be engaged in developing the biodegradable packaging trading business in Canada and other international markets.
