On July 13, 2022, Siyata Mobile Inc., a British Columbia (Canada) company, that is a global vendor of Push-to-Talk over Cellular (“PoC”) devices and of cellular signal booster systems, issued a press release announcing that Logic Wireless Europe Ltd. (“Logic Wireless”), a leading distributor of business-critical communication solutions across the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands, will introduce the Siyata SD7 rugged PoC device integrated with its ChatterPTT mobile application and gateway solution.
