KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., Sept. 22  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Valley Forge Scientific Corp. (NASDAQ:SURG) announced today that it has completed its reincorporation from a Pennsylvania corporation to a Delaware corporation and changed its name to Synergetics USA, Inc.
