Staffing 360 Solutions Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: STAF), a company executing an international buy-integrate-build strategy through the acquisition of staffing organizations in the United States and the United Kingdom, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share of common stock.

The dividend is payable on December 27, 2019 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 14, 2019.
