(the “Company”) will begin to distribute to its shareholders of record, as of the close of business on November 25, 2019, a proxy statement and a proxy card for the Company’s 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on December 31, 2019 (the “Meeting”).
