CONTENTS

 

On June 9, 2024, SciSparc Ltd. (the “Company”) entered into an amendment (the “Amendment”) to the bridge loan agreement previously announced by the Company on January 19, 2024 (the “Loan Agreement”) with AutoMax Motors Ltd. (“AutoMax”). Pursuant to the Amendment, the Company made available to AutoMax an additional loan in the amount of $1.0 million under terms similar to the Loan Agreement.
