On November 9, 2020, the registrant announced that EdisonFuture, Inc., the registrant’s wholly-owned subsidiary, entered into a joint strategic cooperation framework agreement with Liuzhou Liancheng Industrial Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Dazhou Automobile Sales Co., Ltd..
