On May 9, 2022, SPI Energy Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing plans to relocate its global headquarters from Santa Clara to 4803 Urbani Ave, McClellan Park, CA. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibits 99.1 hereto.
