Explanation of Responses:

1. Effective September 9, 2024, the reporting person was granted options to purchase an aggregate of 36,000 shares vesting as follows: 1/3 of the options will vest 12 months after the vesting commencement date and 1/36th of the total shares will vest at the end of each month thereafter until the options are fully vested or the reporting person's continuous service terminates, whichever occurs first. The exercise price of the options is $3.00 per share.
