Sotherly Hotels Inc. Announces it is Deferring Second Quarter 2020 Preferred Dividends

(the “Company”) today announced that, as approved by its board of directors, the Company is deferring payment of the dividends for its Series B Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series C Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock, and Series D Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock for the quarterly distribution period ended June 30, 2020.
