Other Events.

 

On May 8, 2019, Shore Bancshares, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.10 per share, payable on May 31, 2019 to holders of record of shares of common stock as of May 18, 2019. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
