On September 13, 2017, Saga Communications, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share on its Classes A and B Common Stock to be paid on October 13, 2017 to shareholders of record on September 25, 2017, as set forth in the press release included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
