On August 30, 2016, Saga Communications, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share on its Classes A and B Common Stock to be paid on September 30, 2016 to shareholders of record on September 14, 2016, as set forth in the press release included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
