On June 1, 2016, Saga Communications, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share on its Classes A and B Common Stock to be paid on July 8, 2016 to shareholders of record on June 15, 2016, as set forth in the press release included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
