On November 6, 2018 , ScanSource, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for its first quarter ended September 30, 2018 . A copy of the press release and accompanying CFO commentary are attached as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 hereto and incorporated herein by reference and also made available through the Company’s website at www.scansource.com. An updated investor presentation will be made available on the Company's website within approximately two weeks.
