Sanmina Calls For Partial Redemption Of 7% Senior Notes Due 2019

SAN JOSE, Calif., June 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Sanmina Corporation (Nasdaq: SANM) is calling for redemption on July 7, 2014, $135,585,000 in aggregate principal amount of its 7% Senior Notes due 2019 (the "Notes"). The aggregate principal amount of the Notes currently outstanding is approximately $235,585,000. The CUSIP numbers for the Notes being called for redemption are 800907AQ0 and U80024AE9. Upon redemption, holders of the Notes being redeemed will receive $1,052.50 per $1,000 principal amount of Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest on the Notes being redeemed to, but excluding, the redemption date.
