ITEM 5.02    DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS

 

In connection with the previously announced appointment of Hartmut Liebel as Chief Executive Officer of Sanmina Corporation (the “Company”), effective September 30, 2019, on October 1, 2019, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company approved an increase in Mr. Liebel’s annual base salary from $600,000 to $925,000, effective as of September 30, 2019.
