Item 5.03

Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year

Effective May 23, 2017, the Bylaws of Sabre Corporation have been amended and restated to remove a reference in Section 3.2 to the classified Board of Directors. A copy of the Fourth Amended and Restated Bylaws is attached as Exhibit 3.2 and incorporated by reference.
