Represents 27,497 ordinary shares, par value NIS 0.25 per share ("Ordinary Shares"), issuable upon the vesting of restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted on November 1, 2020 under the ReWalk Amended and Restated 2014 Incentive Compensation Plan, in connection with the reporting person's appointment as director effective as of that date. The RSUs vest in four equal quarterly installments starting three months from the date of grant, and may only be settled in Ordinary Shares.
