Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Represents 9,036 ordinary shares, par value NIS 0.25 per share ("Ordinary Shares"), issuable upon the vesting of restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted on July 2, 2020 under the ReWalk Robotics Ltd. Amended and Restated 2014 Incentive Compensation Plan. The RSUs vest in four equal quarterly installments starting three months following the date of grant.
