Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Each share is represented by a Restricted Stock Unit ("RSU"). 25% of the RSUs will vest on December 15, 2018, and the remaining RSUs will vest quarterly over the following three years, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service through each vesting date.
(2)	25% of the shares subject to the option will vest on December 15, 2018, and 1/48 of the shares will vest monthly thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service through each vesting date.
