Royalty Pharma Declares Second Quarter 2024 Dividend

The board of directors of Royalty Pharma plc (Nasdaq: RPRX) has approved the payment of a dividend for the second quarter of 2024 of $0.21 per Class A ordinary share.

The dividend will be paid on June 14, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 17, 2024.
