On June 20, 2012, the Board of Directors of the Registrant declared a cash dividend in the amount of $0.04 per share payable on July 18, 2012 to stockholders of record as of July 3, 2012.  A copy of the press release announcing the dividend declaration is included with this Form 8-K as an exhibit and is incorporated into this item by reference.
