Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On October 16, 2018, Jeffrey L. Linden., Executive Vice President & General Counsel of Radnet, Inc., (the “Company”), passed away unexpectedly. Mr. Linden, age 75, had served as General Counsel of the Company from August 1, 1996 to February 1, 2003. He then served as the Company’s Executive Vice President & General Counsel from February 1, 2003 to October 16, 2018.
