Reading International, Inc. (NASDAQ: RDI) announced today that its 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2018 Annual Meeting”) is scheduled to be held at 11:00 a.m. local time, on November 7, 2018 at its Reading Cinema located at California Oaks Plaza, 41090 California Oaks Road, Murrieta, California 92562. The Company currently intends to commence mailing the notice of the 2018 Annual Meeting and definitive Proxy Statement on or about the close of business October 8, 2018 to stockholders of record on September 17, 2018. In addition, once filed the definitive Proxy Statement will be available for viewing on the Company website, https://investor.readingrdi.com.
