(b)

On June 30, 2021, Peter Svennilson notified RAPT Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from the board of directors of the Company, effective as of June 30, 2021. Mr. Svennilson’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
