Explanatory Note

 

This current report on Form 6-K is furnished in connection with the removal of Ms. Wenying Lyu from the Company’s board of director (the “Board”) in accordance with the Company’s Third Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association, effective May 24, 2024. The Company has six directors serving on the Board following such change.
