Semi-Annual Changes to the NASDAQ OMX ABA Community Bank Index

The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:NDAQ) announced today the results of the semi-annual evaluation of the NASDAQ OMX ABA Community Bank Index (Nasdaq:ABQI), which will become effective prior to market open on Monday, June 21, 2010.

The following twenty-four securities will be added to the Index: Ameris Bancorp (Nasdaq:ABCB), First Busey Corporation (Nasdaq:BUSE), Cass Information Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:CASS), Capital City Bank Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:CCBG), Center Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:CLFC), CoBiz Financial Inc. (Nasdaq:COBZ), Citizens Republic Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:CRBC), Eagle Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:EGBN), First Community Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq:FCBC), First Financial Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:FFCH), First Merchants Corporation (Nasdaq:FRME), Home Federal Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:HOME), Hudson Valley Holding Corp. (Nasdaq:HUVL), Lakeland Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:LBAI), OceanFirst Financial Corp. (Nasdaq:OCFC), Southwest Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:OKSB), Oritani Financial Corp. (Nasdaq:ORIT), Sandy Spring Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:SASR), 1st Source Corporation (Nasdaq:SRCE), The Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:TBBK), Territorial Bancorp Inc. (Nasdaq:TBNK), Washington Banking Company (Nasdaq:WBCO), West Coast Bancorp (Nasdaq:WCBO), and WSFS Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:WSFS).

The Index is designed to track the performance of banks and thrifts, or their holding companies, listed on The NASDAQ Stock Market®. The Index is intended to serve as a benchmark for investment products by including the larger and more liquid community banks. The NASDAQ OMX ABA Community Bank Index is reviewed on a semi-annual basis. As a result of the evaluation, Camden National Corporation (Nasdaq:CAC) will be removed from the Index.

The First Trust NASDAQ ABA Community Bank Fund (Nasdaq:QABA) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ OMX ABA Community Bank Index.
