On February 8, 2017, the registrant issued a press release announcing its financial results for its second fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2016. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.

On February 7, 2017, the registrant issued a press release, included herewith as Exhibit 99.2, announcing the declaration of monthly cash distributions to shareholders in the following amounts and with the following record and payment dates:

•	8.333 cents per share for February 2017 (record date of February 28, 2017 and payment date of March     23, 2017);

•	8.333 cents per share for March 2017 (record date of March 31, 2017 and payment date of April 20,     2017); and

•	8.333 cents per share for April 2017 (record date of April 28, 2017 and payment date of May 18, 2017).
