On February 25, 2021, Provention Bio, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2020 and discussing its business outlook. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
