KANSAS CITY, Mo., June 2  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Premium Standard Farms, Inc. (PSF) (NASDAQ:PORK), a leading vertically integrated provider of pork products, announced today that certain selling stockholders, including ContiGroup Companies, Inc., have agreed to sell 4,196,245 shares at a price to the public of $16.25. 

  Premium Standard Farms will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
