The Company was informed today that on 10 October 2003, Starlight Investments
Ltd., had acquired 400,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each at a price of 20 pence per

Guy Naggar, Chairman of the Company, is a director and major shareholder in
Starlight Investments Ltd. As a consequence of this transaction, Guy Naggar has
a total beneficial interest in 3,246,362 Ordinary Shares representing 4.00% of
the issued ordinary share capital.
