Plug Power Announces Results of Annual Meeting

Plug Power Inc. (Nasdaq:PLUG), a leader in providing clean, reliable energy solutions, today announces the results of its 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which was held on May 21, 2015.

Based on the voting results from the Annual Meeting, consistent with the recommendations of the Board of Directors, stockholders approved all proposals as follows:

• The re-election of Andrew Marsh, Gary K. Willis and Maureen O. Helmer as Class I Directors;
• The ratification of KMPG LLP as the Company's independent auditors for 2015.
