(b) Director Retirement

 

On Wednesday, December 18, 2024, the Board of Directors of Plumas Bancorp accepted the formal notice of retirement of Terrance J. Reeson effective December 31, 2024, as required by the age-based retirement policy in the Company’s Corporate Governance Guidelines. Mr. Reeson has been a Director since 1985.
