Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.

 

On October 24, 2024, ShiftPixy, Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”), confirming receipt of an email dated October 22, 2024, in which the Nasdaq Hearings Panel was advised the Company is withdrawing its appeal of the August 28, 2024, delist determination issued by Nasdaq’s Listings Qualifications Staff.

 

Accordingly, trading in the Company’s securities was suspended at the open of trading on Monday, October 28, 2024. Nasdaq will also file a Form 25 Notification of Delisting with the Securities and Exchange Commission when all internal procedural periods have run.
